Clients Over the past 21 years, Executive KnowledgeWorks has had the good fortune of working with some of the finest corporations in the world. As proud as we are of the corporations weve served, we believe there are some qualities about our client relationships that are not readily apparent when first you examine the list -- qualities of which we are particularly appreciative. A Diversity Of Industries - Weve had considerable experience over an extended period of time in several industries such as health-care and financial services -- a great opportunity for building depth of understanding. Weve also been able to develop a strong working knowledge in a wide range of additional industries such as telecommunications, petroleum products, specialty retail, high technology, real estate, newspapers/media, professional services and manufacturing. The diversity has provided rich cross-pollinating that has served our clients well. It has also kept life fresh, interesting and challenging for our associates. Long Term Relationships - Like any consulting firm, we periodically experience a relatively short engagement - an assignment that lasts only nine, twelve or fifteen months. But, in the past one-and-one-half decades we have had more than our share of long-standing client relationships. The longest to date -- nine years, and many that have lasted five, six and seven years. This longevity has been meaningful for us on two levels. First, it suggests that we have, at least occasionally, succeeded in our goal of serving our clients well. Second, weve been able to enjoy substantive and unusually meaningful relationships with the professionals weve supported in those long-term client organizations. Many have become valued friends. An Extensive Range of Business Experiences - Because we have had the opportunity to combine multiple industry experiences with relatively long term relationships, weve been able to assist our clients with a substantive list of strategic development challenges. Our custom designed business strategy meetings, action learning projects and executive education and organization development initiatives have addressed overall corporate strategies, individual and business unit alignment, team building at the senior most levels, executive and leadership development, accelerated implementation and execution, the building of distinct organization capabilities and the management of significant change. Weve had repeated opportunities to experience closeup what works and what doesnt. We work hard to insure that, whenever possible, our clients benefit from the insights generated by that extensive range of business experiences.
