Anthony J. Fresina is the founder and President of Executive KnowledgeWorks. Over the past twenty one years, Anthony and his associates in EKW have designed, built and facilitated executive education, organization development and business strategy initiatives for a long list of Fortune 500 corporations, including:

Anthony is the former Corporate Manager of Executive and Management Education for Motorola, Inc. and one of the founding managers of what is now known as ?Motorola University?. Prior to his seven years with Motorola, Anthony spent seven years on the faculty and administration at the University of Dayton. He was the creator and Director of the University’s Center for Professional Development. Anthony has a Ph.D. in Management and Organization Development.

Martha Stock joined Executive KnowledgeWorks as Project Director in November 2000. She is the author of EKW’s 8th National Benchmarking Report - Executive Coaching: Emerging Trends and Best Practices in Corporate America. Prior to joining the company she was the Manager of Executive Development for Pioneer Hi-Bred/DuPont. She was responsible for leadership development and introduced their on-line performance management and development system. Martha graduated from Iowa State University with an M.S. in Industrial Relations-Human Resource Management.

Barbara Ryan began her work with Executive KnowledgeWorks in 1988 as a photographer producing several film documentaries for EKW’s major clients. Prior to joining the firm, she was president of her own photography and video company. Over the past few years Barbara has shifted her responsibilities and assisted with EKW’s marketing, general administration and finance functions.

Mary Ann C. Corso joined Executive KnowledgeWorks as a Project Associate and Head of Technical Systems. Since, she has served as the Project Manager of the Speed and Change Program for one of EKW’s longstanding clients. Mary Ann is also responsible for the data analysis for EKW’s 8th National Benchmarking Report ---Executive Coaching: Emerging Trends and Best Practices in Corporate America. In May 2001 Mary Ann transitioned from her role in technical systems to Head of Marketing functions. Mary Ann graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.

Sara Slocombe came to Executive KnowledgeWorks as a Project Associate, with primary responsibility for all Public Relations functions. Sara has served as a project manager for a matrix management program for one of EKW’s longstanding clients. She also manages the writing and approval of all guest essays and profiles to be included in EKW’s 8th National Benchmarking Report ? Executive Coaching: Emerging Trends and Best Practices in Corporate America. Sara graduated from Colgate University in 1999 with High Honors in History and a minor in English.

Executive KnowledgeWorks’ Adjunct Associates

Barbara Taylor is an HR professional with 25 years of corporate experience. She specializes in executive coaching, corporate and individual development planning, succession planning, talent assessment, competency development and customized learning initiatives. Prior to starting her consulting career, Barbara was Second Vice President of Executive Development at Lincoln National Corporation (LNC). During her tenure, she began and implemented LNC’s first customized succession planning, top grading and 360 feedback processes. In addition, she provided business-focused learning initiatives and executive coaching. Barbara also managed quality/change management process as a Quality Commitment Manager at American States Insurance, an affiliate of LNC.

Barbara is certified in Lominger tools and has affiliation with several organizations, including the American Society of Training and Development, the Human Resources Planning Society and the LOMA Executive Development Council. Barbara earned a graduate degree in Communications from Indiana University. As an undergraduate, Barbara graduated cum laude from Ohio University with a B.S. in Communications.
