Finally, over the past ten-plus years of increasingly passionate enthusiasm for the Corporate University
as the developmental vehicle of choice, our firm has maintained a somewhat contrarian perspective. Our hesitancy to prescribe the
corporate university is, for some people, particularly surprising given our proud participation in the creation and early development of
Motorola University. But, it has long been and remains our belief that most corporate universities (particularly those grounded in bricks
and binders) are ultimately ill suited to advancing the business goals of their host organization.
